Territory Sales Representative is an Outside Sales role focused on B2B Sales & Customer Account Management within a defined geographic territory . This person will provide consistent outreach, quoting, sourcing, and similar customer focused activities to existing small to medium size businesses while focusing especially on driving business growth through new customer acquisition. This Territory Sales Rep works hand-in-hand with branch manager, inside sales, and sales support / warehouse personnel to help drive overall revenue growth for the company.
Daily activities include - but are not limited to - daily contact with current and future customers (prospects) across several key markets (Manufacturing, Mining, Construction, etc.) via in-person cold calls, and warm calls, including follow up activities via in person visits, phone calls, emails, texts, etc. This position involves providing quotes, sourcing, ordering, deliveries in a company vehicle, etc.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly motivated, self-directed, sales and / or customer service oriented, and with the ability and drive to learn and grow with us well into the future. Applicants should be prepared to show an aptitude for business-to-business (B2B) sales / service, and strong customer and interpersonal relationships.
Compensation
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, commission and bonuses based on gross profit, and benefits.
