Current Opportunity : Client Account Manager (CAM)
Looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the Management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US
Job Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email
- Answering high volume of incoming calls
- Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
- Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
- Data Entry
- Processing purchase orders, etc.
