We are seeking a Loan IQ Developer to join our team.

This role will involve designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise lending solutions on the Finastra Loan IQ platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Loan IQ development, syndicated commercial lending workflows, Java-based integrations, and database-driven systems, along with a passion for building scalable, high-quality financial technology solutions.

The Loan IQ Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting customizations, integrations, and enhancements on the Finastra Loan IQ platform. The Loan IQ Developer works extensively with Loan IQ SDKs, APIs, and underlying data models to support syndicated commercial lending workflows. In this role, the Loan IQ Developer collaborates with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations in Agile environments. The Loan IQ Developer also supports system integrations with enterprise platforms and provides ongoing production support and optimization. Overall, the Loan IQ Developer plays a critical role in enabling reliable, scalable, and compliant lending operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, customize, and enhance Loan IQ modules including Deals, Facilities, and Loans using Loan IQ SDKs and APIs.

Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems such as Mainframe, Java / .NET platforms, and cloud environments.

Build and support messaging-based integrations using Kafka, MQ, or similar technologies.

Analyze complex business processes and produce or interpret BRDs and FSDs.

Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and solutions.

Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize workflows, and provide ongoing system maintenance.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and release activities.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, operations teams, and cross-functional technology teams.
