$24 / hour Care Coordinator (Remote After Training)

TEKsystems is seeking Care Coordinators to support a seasonal healthcare program focused on benefit eligibility verification for the upcoming year. This is a contract opportunity with a reputable healthcare support organization, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in patient care coordination.

• Key Responsibilities
• Verify patient eligibility based on demographics, insurance, and financials
• Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and internal teams
• Provide empathetic, professional support to patients and providers
• Navigate insurance challenges and explain benefits (Medicare, Medicaid, VA, etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow program guidelines
• Escalate complex cases appropriately
• Participate in onsite training (Nov 3 - Dec 29), then transition to remote work
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
