You Are a MedTech R&D expert with an in-depth understanding of how business, technology, and operations intersect. You have many years of experience helping clients transform performance, designing, building, and deploying solutions to deliver therapies faster. You enjoy solving problems creatively, communicate clearly, and inspire teams to deliver quality work on time. You have expertise in the clinical development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Help MedTech and other healthcare ecosystem organizations bring products to patients faster.
• Lead teams designing and deploying solutions focused on the end‑to‑end R&D lifecycle.
• Advise clients on using next‑generation digital capabilities to become data‑driven, AI‑enabled organizations.
• Build relationships with senior clients to establish Accenture as a trusted partner.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise in R&D technologies such as EDC, CDMS, RIM, Safety DB, PLM, QMS, and more.
• Typical projects include defining an R&D IT roadmap, assessing current technology footprints, and implementing R&D systems.
• Drive business development efforts and help grow the Accenture Consulting practice.
• Develop Accenture’s thought leadership and technical expertise in MedTech R&D.

Travel : the candidate should be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.

Compensation varies by office location and role. Potential annual salary ranges include California $132,500 to $338,300, Cleveland $122,700 to $270,600, Colorado $132,500 to $292,200, and other U.S. locations.
