Job description

Finance Operations

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities :

  • Assembles and sends monthly chargeback reporting to vendors in order to reconcile any discrepancies and secure contractual rebates from manufacturers.
  • Works directly with vendors to ensure Cardinal system is reflecting most up to date and current contracts.
  • Assists in researching rebatable components to ensure contract eligibility is correct and loaded in our Cardinal system, thereby ensuring the chargeback calculate correctly.
  • Learns the Cardinal systems in order to track and validate the calculations of rebated components (chargebacks).

Qualifications :

  • 2-4 years of experience preferred.
  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
  • Financial background or training to a moderate degree.
  • Working knowledge of Excel & SAP.

  • Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.
  • Anticipated salary range :

    $57,000 - $75,000
