Job Description

Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or other related field. Passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side. Demonstrated quantitative skills and aptitude. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced financial modeling ability. Strong writing and presentation skills. Self-starter that shows initiative and enthusiasm in seeking new challenges. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. Attention to detail under time-pressure, ability to multi-task, and organizational skills.

The Successful Applicant

• Develops and maintains detailed, dynamic financial underwriting models to support development and asset management initiatives
• Prepares investment memoranda, presentation materials, and dashboards for internal review and stakeholder communications
• Conducts market research and analysis on investment strategies, industry best practices, and emerging trends
• Supports the asset management team by underwriting lease transactions and reviewing operational reports, property forecasts, and Argus cash flows for accuracy, including variance analysis
• Assists with oversight and coordination of third-party vendors, consultants, and brokerage relationships
• Reviews and prepares both internal and external asset valuations for existing and prospective investments
• Provides financial analysis for ad hoc investment projects, including asset and portfolio-level financing opportunities
• Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned by real estate leadership
