We are looking for a Technical Product Owner AI / ML to bridge the gap between engineering, product, and customer success , ensuring seamless adoption and scalability of AI solutions. This role is suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and has strong technical expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI .

In this position, you'll act as a forward-deployed engineer -quickly diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, guiding customers through integrations, and channeling feedback back into the product roadmap.

Core Responsibilities

AI & Technical Expertise

Leverage 2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI / ML platforms, APIs, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Build and support Generative and Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, SDKs, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques .

Apply knowledge of AI product management or technical product ownership to improve adoption and usability.

Ensure solutions align with AI governance, compliance, and security best practices .

Lead customer onboarding, workshops, and technical office hours , tailoring sessions to client-specific use cases.

Simplify platform updates and feature changes into actionable guidance for customers.

Analyze usage telemetry and adoption metrics to identify pain points and design strategies to improve engagement.

Customer Success & Support

Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer tickets, escalating complex issues to engineering as needed.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deploy fixes and improvements .

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues , resolutions, and best practices to accelerate troubleshooting.
