  • Pay rate : $80,000–$120,000 (up to $140K for an exceptional candidate)

  • Schedule : 1st shift | 9 / 80 schedule (every other Friday off) | Flexible start times

Description :

We’re partnered with a precision manufacturing company experiencing strong growth and looking to add talented CMM Programmers to their Quality Engineering team in Malden, MA. You’ll report to the Quality Engineering Lead and work alongside experienced engineers and machinists in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy both programming and hands-on inspection, and want to work with advanced aerospace-grade components, this role offers challenge, variety, and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do

  • Program and run CMMs using PC-DMIS to ensure dimensional accuracy and alignment with GD&T standards.
  • Support inspections across machining stages (rough, semi-finish, finish).
  • Partner with manufacturing and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
  • Mentor junior programmers and inspectors on CMM operation and inspection techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inspection programs, reports, and non-conformance records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR / EAR regulations and company policies.

    • What You Bring

    Required :

  • U.S. citizenship or green card (ITAR requirement)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years (junior) or 6+ years (senior) in CMM programming / quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience with PC-DMIS and solid understanding of GD&T

    • Preferred :

  • Background in aerospace or precision machining
  • Familiarity with nickel, titanium, and aluminum components
  • Strong blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
