• Must be Vaccinated\n
• Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .\n\nResponsibilities : \n
• Record a patient's medical history accurately.\n
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.\n
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.\n
• Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
