What You’ll Do :
Prepare, submit, and reconcile warranty claims with distributors
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with warranty requirements
Track and manage warranty parts and service records
Collaborate with service, warehouse, and body shop teams
Assist with customer invoicing, cashier duties, and phone support
Stay current on warranty training, certifications, and OEM updates
Train advisors and technicians on warranty coverage
Support cybersecurity awareness and data protection
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For :
1–2 years of experience in warranty administration or service department support
BS / BA degree or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Familiarity with warranty systems and documentation processes
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform bending, reaching, and twisting
Comfortable working indoors / outdoors in varying conditions
Capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods
Good vision and hearing (with or without correction)
Manual dexterity for typing, filing, and handling parts
