Master Technician

As Technician at our dealership, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing expert technical service and support. Your advanced knowledge and skills in automotive diagnostics and repair will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our service department.

Responsibilities :

• Vehicle Diagnostics and Repair :

Perform complex diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using specialized diagnostic equipment and software.

Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid flushes, ensuring that vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer specifications.

Replace and install automotive parts and components, such as engines, transmissions, fuel systems, exhaust systems, and HVAC systems, following manufacturer guidelines and service bulletins.

Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians and apprentices, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance and productivity.

Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining repair procedures, diagnostic findings, and recommended services clearly and comprehensively.
