The key responsibilities of this role include managing the end-to-end customer experience by coordinating with sales, logistics, and plant teams. Ensure timeliness and accuracy within order fulfilment, billing, and communication is an integral part to driving success. It also involves handling customer feedback, demand trend analysis, and supporting a high performance team that has an impactful role in growing business.

A successful candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptional problem solver. Being efficient in coordinating shipments, managing schedules, and resolving delivery issues while maintaining excellent communication skills is essential. Having a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to adapt is essential.
