Reporting to the Associate Production Supervisor , the Production Specialist – C Shift involves being responsible for a variety of complex operations and duties in a production area. Hours : C shift 6 : 00 am -6 : 00 pm (Rotating shift) What a typical day looks like :

• Develops, maintains and improves assembly processes within area of responsibility.
• Evaluates process specifications periodically to decide if the specifications accurately reflect the process requirements and reviews process steps and reduces inefficiencies.
• Drives production schedules and process related problems to closure.
• Assists in the compliance of safety regulations, i.e. ISO and business controls.
• Provides production ready documentation (MPIs) with equipment setup and programs.
• Supports team in making process and efficiency improvements.
• Handles first calls in non-maintenance down issues and provides assistance to manufacturing support with implementing changes.
• Monitors equipment performance and makes minor adjustments such as set-ups, calibrations and alignments.
• Clears minor machine difficulties and performs maintenance and repairs under supervision of technician, engineer or supervisor.
• Assists operators by answering questions and demonstrating operations.
• Performs spot checks on product to ensure quality levels are maintained.
• Stays current working with manufacturing support on process and equipment changes and upgrades. The experience we're looking to add to our team :
• 2-4 years' experience in similar position
• Minimum 1 year machine troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of and experience with assembly requirements
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Microsoft Office Suite
