ABA Behavior Technician

The Lighthouse Childrens Home seeks a compassionate and dedicated ABA Behavior Technician to join our team, dedicated to transforming the lives of young girls aged 13-17 through structured living, education, and comprehensive support. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will implement behavior analytic services, under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to help our residents improve their communication, social skills, and behavioral challenges. This role is pivotal in our mission to guide these young individuals towards more positive futures by providing tailored behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
