Position Overview

Were hiring a detail-oriented and driven Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced construction environment in Tulsa. This isnt your typical desk job the Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by accurately scanning and entering invoices supporting purchasing and maintaining organized data systems. For the right candidate this position offers the potential to grow into a buyer role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume data entry quickly and accurately.

Scan and process invoices using the companys new invoicing system.

Maintain and update spreadsheets for purchasing and order tracking.

Communicate clearly with internal teams and departments.

Stay organized and on task in a deadline-driven environment.

Take initiative ask questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.

Reliable punctual and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

Comfortable working in a direct and fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in data entry or purchasing preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
