Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership Lead the development of schematic and conceptual design solutions with a sharp eye for color, form, and composition , elevating the creative vision of every project.

Division Leadership Oversee and inspire a talented team of landscape architects and designers, ensuring quality and innovation across all project phases.

Client Engagement & Business Development Serve as a trusted client partner, leading presentations, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Collaboration & Mentorship Partner with Project Designers, Project Managers, and firm Principals to ensure design excellence while mentoring junior staff.

Research & Innovation Stay at the forefront of design trends, products, and construction methods to integrate the best ideas into our projects.

Brand Enhancement Contribute to the ongoing growth of our firms reputation through award-winning design and meaningful client engagement.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture

1520 years of progressive experience in landscape architecture across all project phases

Current Landscape Architecture License

Proven track record of leading teams, managing clients, and winning new work

Strong conceptual design and advanced presentation skills

Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Land F / X, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsable to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues alike

High energy, personable, and passionate about mentoring people and elevating design
