Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Rock Hall, MD

Contract Length : August 2025 – June 2026 (End date TBD, around June 15)

Compensation : $65 / hr + Completion Bonus

Schedule : Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday

On-Site Only – No virtual candidates will be considered

Connected Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an in-person position supporting a small, close-knit school district in Rock Hall, Maryland . This flexible role offers an excellent opportunity to serve a wide range of students with a low caseload and supportive staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades PreK–12

Complete comprehensive evaluations and write reports

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, families, and other specialists

Travel between multiple school sites (low caseloads, small district)

Provide early intervention services for infants and toddlers as needed

Qualifications :

Active Maryland SLP License and ASHA CCCs required

Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of a range of communication disorders and treatment strategies

Strong collaboration and organizational skills

Comfortable working across a variety of grade levels and disability types
