Family Dentist (Hiring Immediately)

Gloversville, NY We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our private dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, and prosthodontics. The Dentist will work collaboratively with an experiences team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain a welcoming environment. Office welcomes 30-35 new patients month with limited insurance participation.

• Duties
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Provide treatment for various dental conditions, including extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
• Deliver exceptional patient care by developing personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Utilize dental imaging AI (artificial intelligence) techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures to ensure patient safety and hygiene.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
• Qualifications
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Valid NY state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients of all ages.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive environment.
