Transactional Real Estate Attorney

Location : McLean, VA (Hybrid Work Available)

Salary : $130,000 - 170,000 base

Position Overview :

We are working with a leading real estate investment company with a portfolio valued in the billions. They are seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their in-house legal team in McLean, VA . This role will support their real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions across the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, ground leases, development agreements, loan documents, and related transactional documents
• Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, environmental assessments, and zoning analysis
• Manage outside counsel and coordinate closings across multiple jurisdictions
• Advise internal teams on legal risk and strategy related to commercial real estate assets
• Support ongoing leasing and asset management activities, including amendments, terminations, and estoppels
