PAY & INCENTIVES

30% of the gross base pay
$1.600 to $1.900+ weekly take-home pay
2500 to 3000 average weekly miles
Running OTR, mainly east of i-35
Referral Bonus
Safety Bonus

HOMETIME

3 weeks out with 2-3 days home

Drivers take the truck home, or bring it to the yard if more convenient
