How You Stand Out :

Education : EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification is required .

NATE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience :

1+ years  HVAC technician experience is essential.

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

Skills :

Excellent communication and people skills to build trust and educate customers.

Ability to use tools and technology for creating reports, invoicing, and collecting payments.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required .

Your Role In Action :

Diagnostics and Repair : Enter customers’ homes to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems professionally and efficiently.

Reporting :

Build accurate and thorough reports on potential repairs or issues.

Customer Consultation :

Discuss repair options, estimates, and solutions with customers to ensure they can make informed decisions.

Billing and Payments :

Complete invoices with accurate pricing and process customer payments.

Team Collaboration :

Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Safe Driving :

Operate a company vehicle responsibly and professionally.
