Production Support Specialist

Job Description

Job Location : Charlotte, NC or Kennesaw, GA (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

• Production support (incident management, root cause analysis, on-call rotation)
• System reliability (stability analysis, proactive monitoring, performance troubleshooting)
• Automation & DevOps (CICD pipelines, Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, XLRelease, Artifactory)
• Containerization & Infrastructure (OpenShift, Kafka, Unix systems)
• Monitoring & Observability (Dynatrace, Splunk)
• Scripting & process automation (Python, Bash)
• Collaboration & cross-team communication (working with Engineering, Infrastructure, and App Dev)
• High availability & disaster recovery (F5 load balancer, GTM, DR strategies)
