Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Are you a BCBA looking for your next position? The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience working in a school setting. This role is located near Wilmington, DE and will be full time for theschool year.
Key Responsibilities :
Create and monitor individualized behavior plans.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Train and support teachers and staff.
Participate in IEP meetings.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications :
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification / licensure in DE State.
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
School-based experience preferred.
