1st Shift Blender Operator (Dry Powder)

Fortress Nutrition is looking for reliable team players to join our dry powder production crew as a Batch Blender Operator on 1st shift!

The right candidate will have previous experience in blending (preferably in the food and beverage industry, not required), and have a stable work history with previous employers. Must be able to be accountable to the Company's need for overtime & weekend work as required.

Work Schedule : Standard Hours :

1st Shift (6 : 00am-2 : 30pm, Monday-Friday); OT and weekends as needed

Job Summary : The Blender Operator is responsible for the accurate pre-weighing, loading, mixing and blending of dry powder ingredients, while monitoring equipment, documenting batch records (MMR), performing in-process checks, and working with the team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and product integrity.

What You'll Do :

• Set up, run, and monitor blending and packaging equipment
• Load raw materials and follow batch instructions to make quality products
• Use forklifts and hoists safely to move ingredients
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following food safety and GMP requirements
• Check seals, codes, and weights to make sure products meet standards
• Stack and stage finished products for shipping
• Keep production records accurate and up to date
• Support operations as needed by working overtime and weekends as requested
