Details : Department : Security Schedule : 40 hours per week / Rotating Shifts / Primarily 7 : 00am - 3 : 00pm Hospital : All Saints Hospital Location : Racine, WI

Responsibilities : Supervise the daily activities of assigned area(s). Identify observations or trends having a negative impact on the campus and assist with the development of action plans. Conduct follow-up investigations on incident reports and analyze incidents and conditions. Monitor associate adherence to policies and procedures. Oversee the training and development of staff. Develop, coordinate and implement shift schedules to ensure proper security coverage and protection of the Hospital. Assist with preparing security budgets. Maintains expenses within budget guidelines. Assist manager with daily operation of the department including, interviewing, disciplinary actions, staff management and contract management. Coordinate emergency drills.

Requirements : Licensure / Certification / Registration : Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required. Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following are preferred : BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles. Law Enforcement. Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.. Security Professional. Education : High School diploma equivalency and 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree / Technical degree and 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
