As a Shift Leader, you will supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'.

Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality. You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law). You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. Not sure if your experience aligns? Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin' Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others by providing timely feedback. Responsibilities Include :
Basic computer skills
Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language in which you serve.
Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment
On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to change
Guest focused
Ability to assist with training
Problem solving
Motivating others
Standing on feet
Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
Lifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 20lbs (if applicable)
