Job Title : IT Field Services Coordinator.

Location : Grapevine, TX.

Job Type : Permanent.

Position Summary :

This hybrid role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage daily technician dispatch and coordination , while also supporting project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking for IT service projects across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities :

Technician Dispatch & Coordination

• Assign, schedule, and dispatch IT field technicians based on skill sets, availability, and location.
• Serve as the central point of contact between field technicians, clients, and internal project teams.
• Monitor service queues, prioritize urgent issues, and ensure timely response to tickets.
• Provide real-time updates on technician assignments, job progress, and service status.
