Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience with all aspects of projects from design through development, testing, implementation, and production Advanced knowledge of data engineering and analytics tools, specifically Databricks, Immuta, Starburst, Collibra, and AWS Subject matter expertise across multiple solution patterns Strong understanding of business processes Demonstrated experience building and leading successful teams Advanced skills in business enterprise knowledge and consulting Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies Expanded capabilities in strategic thinking Program KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Advanced : Problem Solving, Communication for Results Expanded : System Thinking, Change Advocate, Flexibility, Initiative, Thoroughness Fundamental : Building Relationships
Responsibilities
- Identify organizational requirements for resources, structures, and cultural changes to support change management initiatives
- Lead multiple architectural engagements across the organization
- Participate in IT strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, and business innovation
- Develop business cases for approval of new architectural initiatives
- Develop and communicate domain-wide policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Lead and facilitate architecture governance processes
- Conduct research and evaluation activities for emerging technology solutions.
