Job Summary The Salesforce Product Owner will support the strategic vision of the Salesforce program, by working closely with stakeholders to overcome data obstacles, facilitate feedback, and promote adoption and change management with the goal of improving sales efficiency and business results. The Salesforce developer has end to end responsibility of the Salesforce CRM and Marketing environments from requirements, development, testing, implementation of changes in both environments and will directly perform Salesforce admin and developer duties. Responsibility spans from analyzing the needs of the sales organizations from various lines of business and market areas within IWS and providing solutions through configuring Salesforce. The product manager works closely with the business to design, develop, document and test Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements. Product owner is also responsible for creating training content, update the material with new releases and facilitate change management to ensure adoption of Salesforce improves across the entire sales organization.

Job Functions :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Implement automation using Apex and declarative tools where appropriate.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (MSSQL based, Docusign, etc.) via REST / SOAP APIs or middleware.
• Ensure development adheres to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Manage user accounts, permission sets, sharing rule and roles.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, duplication, and cleanup processes.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Stay informed on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices; recommend adoption where beneficial.
