Requirements : \nActive, unrestricted NP license in Pennsylvania

National certification (ANCC or AANP) in Family, Adult, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Acute Care

1+ year NP experience

1+ year of ISNP, LTC / SNF / ALF experience required as NP

DEA, NPI, and BLS required
