The Production Control IPL will perform a variety of technical and business tasks to support production and depot contracts. The candidate needs to be energetic, a strong communicator, able to work independently and have the ability and desire to be a change agent. This individual will manage overall program planning responsibilities as well as the associated tasks listed below. The selected candidate will be accountable to performance around material requirements, execution to schedule and instilling a sense of ownership and alignment between Supply Chain, Program and Factory teams to support superior On Time Delivery / MRP performance.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
