What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, including aerospace and defense environments, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or security-related risks.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities during patrols.

Communicate clearly with team members, visitors, and client representatives to support security-related operations within the location.

Follow post orders and Allied Universal protocols specific to the aerospace and defense sector.

Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR certification is preferred.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
