Description :

Stepdown RN needed for a dynamic nursing role.

Shifts are 3x12 nights from 1900 to 0700.

Candidates with local residency are accepted.

Experience of 1 year in a related field is preferred.

Certifications required include RN state license or compact state licensure, BCLS, and ACLS.

Must have excellent skills in patient care and management.

The position involves working with adult and geriatric patients.

Nurses will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Experience with EPIC charting is preferred.

Candidates must be prepared to manage a patient ratio of 6 : 1 during night shifts.

A focus on telemetry and critical care is essential.

This role requires strong clinical skills and adaptability.

Trained staff will engage in continuous learning and improvement.

Ability to assist with various medical procedures and care protocols is expected.

Successful candidates will demonstrate thorough knowledge of nursing practices and patient safety.
