Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Logistics Associate to join our team in Englewood, NJ . The Logistics Associate will support the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials throughout our supply chain. In this role, you will help coordinate shipping and receiving activities, manage inventory, prepare documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deliveries. The right candidate also has an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

Responsibilities :
Support day-to-day logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory controlAssemble and pack kits and materials into boxes for shipmentTrack shipments and update internal systems with delivery status and documentationCommunicate with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve delays or issuesPrepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs forms)Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory auditsManage printed materials, ensuring they are correctly prepared, packed, and included in shipmentsMaintain accurate records of all logistics-related transactionsCollaborate with other departments (e.g., Procurement, Customer Service, Sales) to meet delivery timelinesHelp identify and implement improvements to logistics processesEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelinesPlease note this is an on-site role located in Englewood, NJ, and the schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS)Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressureDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingFamiliar with and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environmentExperience working in a fast-paced startup environmentPassion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technologyBenefits
