• Work Dates Needed : Starting as soon as credentialed Ongoing coverage needs 2024
• Preferred Schedule : Preferred Schedule : 5-7 days with 24 / 7 support 12hr shifts 24hr call (8hrs on site / 16hrs unrestricted)
• Worksite Setting : Hospital Inpatient Central Arizona
• Scope of Work : Will work solo / independently with 24 / 7 hospitalist support 10-15 patients per physician per day Must have competency in ERCP Advanced (EUS / ERCP) represent 10% of daily demand
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active AZ license If not licensed, will accept active IMLC Active AZ DEA Board Certified Fellowship preferred BLS ACLS
