Key Responsibilities

Develop zero-based budgets and conduct variance analysis for 700+ utility accounts

Manage utility operations, including shut-off orders and vendor coordination

Support sustainability initiatives and assist with budgeting during peak periods

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, energy management, or related field

3+ years of experience in utility bill management or utility operations

Extensive knowledge of utility billing practices and energy industry regulations

Proven track record of managing large portfolios of utility accounts

Experience with utility management software and financial systems
