Ads Billing Specialist
Role : Ads Billing Specialist Location : Remote | Latin America Schedule : 9AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone Salary : Open to negotiation based on experience
We're looking for a detail-oriented Ads Billing Specialist to manage and optimize billing operations across multiple advertising platforms for our e-commerce clients. This role ensures accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of ad spend across platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and other paid media channels.
You'll play a key role in supporting the marketing and finance teamshelping ensure all campaigns are billed correctly, ad accounts stay in good standing, and budget allocations are used efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile advertising spend across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Track ad budgets, invoice cycles, and payments across multiple client accounts
- Review and verify ad invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment processing
- Monitor platform billing issues (suspensions, payment errors, credit limits) and resolve them proactively
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation related to advertising spend
- Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to align budgets, payment methods, and campaign pacing
- Generate and maintain weekly and monthly billing reports for internal and client-facing use
- Identify cost discrepancies, double charges, or potential overspend and flag them immediately
- Assist with onboarding new ad accountssetting up billing profiles, cards, and permissions
- Recommend process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency
