Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person. Communicate appointment details and updates clearly with both customers and technicians . Schedule and track return visits , follow-ups, and special requests to ensure smooth completion of jobs. Maintain and update the customer database and service history files with accurate and current information. Review service invoices for accuracy and ensure timely delivery of billing details to accounting. Assist with tracking maintenance agreements and ensuring accurate documentation. Support department efficiency goals by monitoring KPIs such as first-time call completion and scheduling accuracy. Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience. 2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative coordination. Prior experience coordinating schedules or working in a service-based environment is a plus. ServiceTitan experience is a bonus, but not required! Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and follow-up skills . Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities effectively. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
