Job Description

Growing local CPA firm is seeking a Tax Senior or Manager to join their team. This role will manage and review complex individual and business tax returns, lead client relationships, and support staff development.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
  • Advise clients on tax planning and compliance
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants
  • Assist with firm process improvements and client growth initiatives

Requirements :

  • CPA or Enrolled Agent required / preferred
  • 4+ years public accounting tax experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
