Southern Health Partners (SHP) is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in Shelby County Jail. The position is a 12-hour day shift rotation (6 : 00 AM 6 : 30 PM) with alternating weekends. Sign?On and retention bonuses are available.

Base pay range : $26.00 / hr $28.00 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care, assess symptoms, and monitor progress.
• Administer prescribed medications in compliance with nursing standards and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to support ongoing treatment plans.
• Utilize strong critical thinking and assessment skills in emergency and routine situations.
• Uphold SHPs commitment to professionalism, safety, and integrity.
