A thriving, independent health system in southern Wisconsin is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join its growing team. With a brand-new specialty clinic opening in 2026 and a strong support structure already in place, this is a rare opportunity to build your ideal practice in a community that values innovation, balance, and patient-centered care.
Position Details :
- Comprehensive Ophthalmologist needed
- 4 Day Work Week
- $600K+ earning potential with base guarantee of MGMA median
- Dedicated OR days + Skilled OR team that can flip rooms quickly
- Partner with optometry team to provide comprehensive care to patients in the region
