Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Service Technicians located in South Florida - Miami to Naples. Service Technicians will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on dental equipment, assisting with equipment installations, troubleshooting issues, and providing field service to ensure optimal functionality of equipment. Additionally, Service Technicians will interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service to address their needs and concerns. We treat every customer with respect and help them stay productive.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dental Equipment installation and repair
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
