Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Join our team as a Behavior Technician and support students in reaching their full potential through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Work 1 : 1 with children in school settings to implement behavior intervention plans

Collect data and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff

Support students in developing social, communication, and daily living skills

Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn

Must pass background check and TB test
