What You Bring :
Proven track record over a minimum of 8 years in sales leadership within Commercial Banking, Treasury, or Payments.Deep expertise in Cash Management, Commercial Card, and Trade Finance solutions.Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead senior sales teams.Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic influencing skills.Experience managing teams serving Middle Market and Large Corporate clients.Preferred :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).Professional certifications such as CTP or CFA.Hours & Work Schedule
