The Physical Therapist is responsible for pediatric treatment in the area of Physical Therapy. Employee will provide their services in a generally accepted manner while adhering to the code of ethics of the profession, and in accordance with any and all applicable state laws. In this role, you’ll provide direct pediatric physical therapy services, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and support children in building the skills they need for progress and independence.

What We’re Offering :

  • Full Earning Potential $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
  • Center-Based Role : Thrive in our beautiful Orange and Huntington Beach clinics, surrounded by supportive staff committed to helping you succeed, grow, and focus on making a lasting impact.
  • This role will involve travel to both locations, but only one clinic site per day is expected.

  • What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver Pediatric Care – Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment for children and families
  • Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with parents, caregivers, and clinical teams to ensure effective programs and support
  • Evaluate & Adjust – Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans to help children reach their potential
  • Supervise & Train – Oversee PTAs, Behavior Technicians, and interns as needed, while providing caregiver and staff training
  • Document & Report – Maintain accurate daily session notes, treatment logs, and timely progress / discharge reports
  • Stay Current – Keep up with best practices in pediatric physical therapy through ongoing education and training
  • Contribute to the Team – Attend meetings, support interdisciplinary planning, and assist with in-service trainings
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Education : Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
  • Licensure : Active California PT license required
  • Experience : At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach
  • Professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to safe, effective care
