The Freight Operations Supervisor leads and manages daily freight activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. The position requires supervisory experience, knowledge of LTL freight, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Hours : This position will primarily be an overnight position, M-F from 8 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am

What you need to succeed as a Freight Operations Supervisor at XPO

Minimum qualifications :

• 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
