The Consumer Loan Specialist is responsible for inter-department review of critical reports to ensure data integrity and interdependency within the business unit.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Administer Quality Control Program which includes : review of production reports, identification of root cause issues, reporting to management and conducting employee training.
• Researches, reviews, and interprets existing and pending laws and regulations, which potentially affect the assigned business unit.
• Assists the business unit in establishing and modifying standards and procedures which affect compliance.
• Works directly with the Loan Operations Manager to meet quality control and compliance requirements.
• Provides ongoing assistance and support to the Loan Operations Manager in administrative responsibilities.
• Assists management in maintaining compliance within the bank's core processing system.
• Provides input relative to quality control and compliance matters.
• Ensures that all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
