The Senior BMC Control-M Engineer will provide product-specific support to include development, production support, administration, and troubleshooting. As well, they will provide BMC Control-M product-related consulting / advisory / subject matter expertise for Support, Application Development, and Enterprise Architecture staff. The selected candidate will assess the readiness for the use of Control-M in a SaaS capacity and provide direction on tasks to move forward in this technical direction.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform day-to-day operational support of the BMC Control-M Open Systems with a primary focus on IT / software operations
• Automation of system tasks
• Configuration of job schedules
• Installation and upgrades of control-M agents and modules
• Deploy updates per clientSoftware Deployment Standards.
• Workflow adjustments and updates
• Documentation of as-is states
• Development of desired state configurations
• Generate usage and configuration reports
• Collaboration with Control-M stakeholders
• Advisory services scope
• Assessment and roadmap planning in relation to Control-M online
• Training on best practices
• Diagram current and to be infrastructure
