A well-established and growing Drywall Contractor in Dallas is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a stable, reputable company with a strong pipeline of commercial projects.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for drywall and framing scopes
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Perform quantity take-offs and material / labor analysis
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Assist in bid proposals and ensure timely submissions
- Maintain updated cost databases and vendor relationships
